Total mess, terrible terrible and regrettable stay. I urge any customer to pls don’t bother taking this HAVN apartment,

Worst experience, total ignorance from the agency HAVN running the apartment
I feel so sorry for the landlord
Negative: No AC all through my stay
Apartment wasn’t cooling, all and every call to get them to fix it was non effective, even booking.com stepped in to help but same thing total ignorance from the HAVN agency and I was compensated by booking.com
