Below Standards, customer service poor and still waiting for feedback on compensation. Negative: Sadly I gave ample opportunity for the host to rectify the problem I encountered, from dirty bedrooms to food crumbs left in the fridge. Not enough towels for a family of 4 as well as noise disruption all night. I provided all the details to be compensated however after leaving the apartment, no manager contacted me despite multiple attempts. The key card for the car park did not work. Very disappointed at how my concerns were handled.

Positive: Location was great, the cleanliness of the whole building not just the apartment, decent gym (although the women’s gyms could be doing with some more weight machines) excellent pool area, decent food places locally. Negative: More weight machines in the women’s gym!

Luxury retreat Positive: A great experience wit HAVN who kept communication with us throughout and solved any queries we had to put us at ease. 100% recommend again.
