HAVN - 1 Bedroom in Downtown, Burj Khalifa View

Positive: The property is at great location ! Negative: The service is bad by the host ! Later response ! Not clean !

Positive: Tolle Lage, wir fühlten uns gleich wohl in der Gegend. Es hat immer ein Concierge vor Ort. Toller Ausblick zum Burj Khalifa. Schnelles Check-in. Wir durften eine Stunde länger im Appartement bleiben.

Havn doesn’t care about customer. Avoid them. Positive: Only the view from balcony. Negative: Nothing worked. We couldn’t enter the property , the lock wasn’t working. One hour later help came. He couldn’t fix it rather, he spend 1 additional hour, so we had to stay at home . The stove didn’t work. When my son used the bath tub, dirt popped out from the sink and the shower sewage hole. With bad smell. The compensation was half of the price was returned but we lost already half of our day with these problem. So basically zero. Also the video showing how to open the door was useless and lacked information.

Positive: Location no doubt is the key feature, great full view of Burj and downtown Dubai. Apartment is spacious, clean, with all amenities and great balcony. Check in was smooth with detailed instructions provided. It is also close walk to Dubai Mall and landmarks. Negative: There are minor issues like ensuite door is broken and hence could not lock the bathroom. Also, not sufficient bathroom supplies provided.

Positive: We had a comfortable stay at HAVN Bedroom Apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated that they allowed us to extend our checkout by one extra hour — it made our departure more relaxed and stress-free. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and provided a pleasant environment for rest after exploring Dubai. Overall, a positive experience. Negative: One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide clearer guidance or recommended routes to nearby attractions such as Dubai Mall — it took us some time to find the most direct way. A quick orientation or tips from the staff would make the stay even smoother for future guests.
