Wouldn’t come back Positive: Balcony & view Negative: The only good thing about this place is the view & the location, first of all, the apartment was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and old, I felt uncomfortable showering, only 2 towels were given even though we stayed for 5 nights, apartment lacked pretty much everything, the fridge had a strong smell of fish, the cupboards had a funny smell too, gladly we wasn’t in the apartment much so didn’t bother us to the point where I had to complain, a week after leaving I enquired about my deposit, they said they would refund this to me, after they realised it would cost them to refund my deposit back to my bank which was international, they tried to charge the fee to me! I refused, I was then ignored for the next 24 hours up until I disputed through my bank who contacted them and shock I received a response from the property team! They said I would receive my deposit on Friday, on the Friday I had received a refund but £25 short - they had taken the transfer fee without my knowledge, horrible apartment, horrible company trying to scam people will not be using this company again.
