Positive: We arrived at the hotel and before even seeing our room, the staff insisted that we pay the security deposit immediately. They strongly suggested paying in cash, saying it would be easier and faster to get it back at checkout. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When they collected the money, they did not provide any receipt or proof of payment, which already made us uncomfortable. At checkout, the staff told us they were "not available" to give the cash back and promised to send it via bank transfer instead. After leaving, I had to contact them multiple times over several weeks before they finally processed the refund. When the refund arrived, it was 170 AED less, and they said it was due to "bank transfer fees," which was never mentioned before. Leider nicht empfehlenswert Negative: Leider roch es sehr stark unangenehm aus den Abflüssen. Wir haben dies kommuniziert und baten um eine Lösung. Am Abreisetag (wir waren 3 Nächte dort) wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Hausmeister kommt. Duschen war auch eine Katastrophe. Durch mangelhaftes Abfließen war der gesamte Badezimmerboden schnell unter Wasser gesetzt. Auch dies haben wir direkt kommuniziert. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen! Eine Kaffeemaschine, die in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung aufgeführt wird, war auch nicht vorhanden.

Positive: It has all the facilities, the host is responsive and nice Negative: It’s not serviced (cleaned) , lights are too white , gets very dusty and the rug does not look clean, the ac is always too cold, bed is not very comfortable, pillow covers are not closed properly and you could see the stained pillow inside - the location is overrated.
