HAVN - Studio Apartment in Pantheon Elysee, JVC

Do not use this company. Terrible, terrible service Negative: Arrived at the apartment and the balcony door was broken and didn’t lock (ground floor apartment straight on to a road). I contacted the property provider at 4pm, and was informed no one could come to fix the door until the following day. I said I couldn’t stay in the property with a door that didn’t lock - they then ignored me for 2 hours, when I had to chase them again - all whilst I couldn’t leave the room as I had all of my things in the room and nowhere else safe to put them). I chased several times over the course of 5 hours when they eventually sent 2 men to fix the door at 9;30pm - I missed an important work event due to having to stay in the apartment. The door was fixed within 45 mins which was great. When I booked the studio, a security deposit was taken - which was to be expected. When I left the apartment, I asked the security in the building to check over the apartment and also took a video and photos showing the apartment was in perfect condition. I then had to chase the provider for my security deposit after 10 days of leaving the apartment. I chased them daily as I was getting no response. I finally received the deposit back into my account (without any communication), however, the provider only returned 80% of my security deposit, stating that it was due to bank transfer fees - I’m STILL trying to get the outstanding amount owed to me back and it’s been 4 weeks. They’re now completely ignoring me.

Worth it! Positive: Place is as described. Clean and spacious. Very responsive team too whenever I have questions.
